Image
Tesla has become a major player in determining the direction of humankind in the last few years. By introducing cutting-edge technology, renewable energy sources, and electric car innovations, Tesla has not only completely transformed the automotive sector but also significantly increased sustainability and decreased our dependency on fossil fuels.      When Martin Eberhard and Marc Tarpenning, two engineers, founded Tesla in 2003, their primary goal was to build electric sports vehicles. But Elon Musk, who joined the business in 2004 as chairman before rising to the position of CEO, was the one who really started to shape the direction of energy and transportation for Tesla. Entrepreneur Elon Musk, well-known for his work with SpaceX and other projects, brought a daring vision to Tesla, hoping to hasten the global switch to sustainable energy sources by producing solar energy products and electric cars.      Tesla's success and its influence on the future of humanity are larg

11. How the marketing channel work?

Image
The route that goods and services take from the producer to the final customer is referred to as the marketing channel, sometimes called the distribution channel. It is an essential business component since it includes all of the middlemen and tasks required to transfer goods from the producer to the customer. Making sure the right product reaches the right customer at the right time is largely dependent on the marketing channel.      Since ancient times, the idea of marketing channels has changed along with developments in consumer behavior and technology. There were no official distribution channels in the past, and goods were exchanged through barter. Trade routes were created as civilizations expanded, allowing the exchange of goods between far-flung areas. Mass production was made feasible by the Industrial Revolution in the 18th and 19th centuries, which made effective distribution channels necessary to reach a wider market.      Marketing channels became more crucial as c

10. The success of Costco Wholesale in North America

Image
One of the biggest warehouse club retailers in the world, Costco Wholesale Corporation, also simply referred to as Costco, has become known for its affordable prices, premium goods, and top-notch customer support. Many things contribute to Costco's success, such as its distinctive business strategy, capable management, and customer-focused mindset.      James Sinegal and Jeffrey Brotman founded Costco in 1983, and the company's first warehouse opened in Seattle, Washington. The business model of the company was centered around providing members who deposited an annual fee to access the warehouse stores with a narrow selection of high-quality products at discounted prices. At the time, this model was revolutionary because it made it possible for Costco to pass savings on to customers by maintaining low operating costs and purchasing products in a large quantity.      The retail industry has been greatly impacted by Costco's success because it has managed to upend

9. Higher product price over the years

Image
Something's price is the amount you paid for it or the amount it has been reduced from. In simple terms, it's the amount that a seller will take in exchange for an item or service. The price of products has been rising slowly over time. Researchers studying this phenomenon have drawn interest from consumers, policymakers, and economists alike. Product price increases are caused by a variety of factors, and knowing these factors is essential to developing policies and decisions that are well-informed.      The phenomenon of rising product prices is not new. Prices have fluctuated historically for a variety of reasons, including supply and demand, inflation, government policies, and technological advancements. Inflation is one of the main causes of the increase in product prices. When prices for goods and services rise generally, the purchasing power of money declines, a phenomenon known as inflation. Prices eventually rise as a result of consumers having to pay more for the

8. Online shopping an the necessary of packaging.

Image
We are living in an era where we do not have to leave our rooms to buy food, clothes, toys, or personal stuff, all we need is a network connection and an online shopping website, Amazon, AliExpress, eBay, Shein, etc... Concerns regarding the environmental effects of packaging are growing as online shopping gains popularity. As we shop more and more online, the question of whether packaging becomes unnecessary is difficult and complex.      Packaging has always been important for product marketing and distribution. Basic elements like leaves and clay pots have given way to more complex materials like plastics and metals in the packaging industry over the years. Packaging has been used exponentially more often as globalization and consumer demand for convenience have grown.      But as e-commerce has grown, there has been a change in how things are shipped and packaged. Online shopping eliminates the need for customers to visit physical stores by enabling them to make purchases

7. Dealing with clone products

Image
My company released a new product - an  Augmented Reality (AR) device, using our unique operator system (OS). With a futuristic design and a lot of applications available, our Oasis cube become the leader in the market. You can easily bring the Oasis cube anywhere, connecting with the Oasis lens that is just the size of a bean to work and entertain. At that time, our Oasis was unique and no company had the same idea, and our price although a little bit high, was still affordable for almost everyone.          A few months after we released Oasis, there were lots of clones of our product. They mainly come from China with similar designs and ideas but cheaper material builds. Of course, they were sold at lower prices when compared to our Oasis.      As a marketer, I realize the threat that our company has to face when more and more clone products try to join the race. To compete with them, we have to use an efficient strategy plan.      First, we highlight in every advertisement

For businesses hoping to draw in and keep consumers, it is imperative to comprehend the factors that influence consumer behavior. So what is consumer behavior? 1. My worst customer service experience!!!

As you all know, I am Vietnamese and I celebrate Lunar New Year or we call it "Tet". On the first day of Tet, we give and receive lucky money to wish all the best for children and parents. This year is the first time I have celebrated Tet far from home without my family, so I sent lucky money to my parent and my sister through the sending money app online. And my nightmare starts from there.      My friend and I have used Taptapsend, a mobile app for sending money worldwide for years, and it worked very well. We sent and received money from Finland to Canada to Vietnam in just a second. It is very convenient and confidential, and I have never had any trouble with the app. Until this Lunar New Year.      I sent money back to Vietnam directly to my parent's bank account. At first, it was pending for 2 days, I just thought it was because of the banking server. Then the app showed that my money was successfully sent to my parent. But they have not received anything at all
